These terms are governed by the educational and intellectual property laws of England, UAE, and India where our offices operate.

Agreement to Terms

By accessing Vasavvi's PeaCept™ website and using our brain-based peace framework, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure the integrity of the PeaCept Circle and maintain high-fidelity pedagogical standards globally.

Intellectual Property & Licensing

All content, pedagogical models, the 'Resilient Minds' framework, and associated digital assets are the intellectual property of Vasavvi. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited. However, we grant:

Professional License: A limited, non-exclusive right for certified educators to implement the PeaCept™ framework within their specific classrooms.

Brand Usage: Use of the PeaCept™ logo and branding is restricted to officially licensed schools and certified training centers only.

Certification & Conduct

Being a part of the PeaCept Circle requires adherence to our ethical pedagogical standards. We maintain the right to:

Revoke professional certification if an educator fails to maintain neuro-cognitive safety and peace pedagogy standards.

Refuse service if an individual or school promotes methods that conflict with brain-based emotional regulation.

Update the framework modules based on emerging neuroscience research.

Financial Framework

All investments in PeaCept Circle certifications and workshops are subject to the following financial terms:

Payment Processing: All digital payments are handled via secure third-party gateways. We do not store financial data internally.

Refund Policy: Workshop cancellations made 15 days prior are eligible for a 50% core-credit. Certification fees are non-refundable once the course material has been accesssed.
